Hand by Hand Heritage was established in Umm al-Jimal, Mafraq, Jordan, in 2018 out of a desire to share our rich history and culture with travelers while preserving the archaeological site.
Umm al-Jimal is home to 2,000-year-old archaeological ruins inhabited from roughly the 1st to 9th centuries AD during the Nabataean, the Roman, the Byzantine, the Umayyad, and the Abbasid periods.
